That on the 26 day of June 2026, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Washington County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will of Danny Dwight Cowart, deceased, dated August 22nd, 2018. There was also filed in the Court the Petition of James Wade Cowart and George Tracy Cowart praying that the Will be admitted to Probate, Letters Testamentary be issued to them as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond, for a judicial determination of the Heirs, Devisees and Legatees of the Decedent. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 26 day of June 2026, Notice is given that the 20 day of July 2026, at 2:00 p.m. is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the District Courtroom of the Washington County Courthouse, 420 S. Johnstone Ave, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
