ESPR036855 NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR, AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS To all persons interested in the estate of Thomas K. Bauer, deceased, who died on or about May 4, 2025: You are hereby notified that on October 22, 2025, the Last Will and Testament of Thomas K. Bauer, deceased, bearing the date of August 23, 2011, having been previously admitted to probate, without administration, in the above-named court on July 22, 2025, was admitted to probate with administration and that Bryan A. Bauer was appointed Executor of the Estate. Any action to set aside the Will must be brought in the District Court of the above County within the later to occur of four months after the date of the second publication of this Notice or one month after the date of mailing of this Notice to the surviving spouse and all heirs of the Decedent and devisees under the Will whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
