TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the office of the clerk of this court naming you as a defendant in this action, which petition prays for the issuance of a temporary injunction against the defendants and requests judgment in the form of declaratory judgment relief. The petition was filed on November 7, 2025, and also alleges claims of breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with an existing contractual relationship, intentional interference with a prospective business advantage, and slander of title related to the actions of the defendant homeowners' association and the individual defendants, with the plaintiffs seeking monetary damages, equitable relief, interest, costs and fees.
