ESPR085134 NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL AND CODICIL, OF APOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS To all persons interested in the estate of Robert L. Bristle, Deceased, who died on or about May 4, 2024: You are hereby notified that on September 18, 2025, the last will and testament of Robert L. Bristle, deceased, bearing the date of August 28, 2015 and the Codicil of Robert L. Bristle to his Last Will and Testament, dated July 5, 2022 were admitted to probate in the above named court and that Jason Menke was appointed Executor of the estate of Robert L. Bristle. Any action to set aside the will and Codicil must be brought in the District Court of said county within the later to occur of four months from the date of the second publication of this notice or one month from the date of mailing of this notice to all heirs of the Decedent and devisees under the will and Codicil whose identities are reasonably ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
