"D" 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR THE PARISH OF ASCENSION STATE OF LOUISIANA NOTICE OF PETITION FOR PRIVATE SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN that Patricia Weathersby, Administrator of the Succession of Dudley D. Tasker, Sr., pursuant to the provisions of La.C.C.P. art. 3281, will petition the Court for an Order authorizing the Administrator for authority to sell the following described property for the price of $175,000.00 in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement executed June 29, 2026: A piece or parcel of real estate situated in the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, together with all buildings or improvements situated thereon and thereunderto belonging, known as Lot Number Six (6) of the Caussin Tract, said Lot Number Six (6) containing Four and 76/100 acres, and being about one mile, more or less, below the Town of Donaldsonville, on the West Bank of Bayou LaFourche, as shown by Map of J.F. Fernandez, Surveyor, annexed to an Act of Partition between Wilson Caussin, et als, dated April 23rd, 1921, duly recorded in the Book of Conveyances of the Parish of Ascension Book No. 63 Folio 34. Being the same property acquired by Dudley C. Tasker, on August 7, 1926 and recorded in the Book of Conveyances of the Parish of Ascension on September 3, 1926 Instrument #24864. Less and Except: A certain tract of land, together with the improvements thereon, all rights, ways, servitudes, privileges and advantages thereonto belonging or in any wise appertaining situated in Section 35, T11S-R14E, Ascension Parish, and being more particularly described by reference to a map or survey made by James W. Falgoust, P.L.S.,, dated May 13, 1013, and entitled "Right of Way Plat Map Showing Survey of The Rondinaud Lane Proposed Right of Way Located in Section 35, T-11S-R14E, Southeastern Land District, West of Mississippi River, Ascension Parish, LA for City of Donaldsonville," said parcel of land on said map being designated as Lot 8 and Lot 10, and said parcel being expropriated by the City of Donaldsonville by judgment dated September 3, 2013, and recorded in the records of the Clerk for the Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana as Instrument #844634.
