Case No.: PR26-00004 Dept.: PR AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Danielle Powell, having filed in this Court her Petition to admit Will for Probate, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary, for Summary Administration and Authorization to Administer Estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act with Full Authority, in the estate of Daniel Ray Stephens, deceased, has set the matter down for hearing on February 11, 2026, 1:00 p.m. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act.
