TAKE NOTICE that on February 23, 2026, Green Growth 2 LLC, Petitioner, did file in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, a petition to quiet title against the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Savannah, County of Chatham, State of Georgia and known as Lot 4, Heyward Ward, said Lot having a Southern frontage on Bolton Street of 30 feet, more or less, with a rectangular depth of 110 feet, more or less to a lane, and being bounded as follows: on the North by Gwinnett Street Lane; on the East by Lot 5, said Ward; on the South by Bolton Street; and on the West by Lot 3, said Ward. Subject, however, to all valid covenants, restrictions, easements, zoning ordinances and rights-of-way of record. This is the same property conveyed by Quit Claim Deed from Robert P. Richter to Green Growth 2 LLC, dated January 6, 2026, and recorded in Deed Book 3874, Page 229, Chatham County, Georgia records.
