LAWRENCE HENRY, II CIVIL ACTION NO: 2025RCD0711 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION By order for service by publication dated June 10, 2026, and filed with the Clerk of Court on June 11, 2026, you are hereby notified that on July 28, 2025, Shelita Johnson filed suit against you for Modification of Visitation and Child Support. The Summons, Motion for Modification of Visitation and Child Support, and Automatic Domestic Standing Order and Notice of Conference or Hearing were filed on July 28, 2025. After multiple attempts by the Thomas David Gibbs, process server with CGA Services, to serve Lawrence Henry, II, that two (2) Sheriff's Entry of Service showing no service were filed on March 19, 2026. The Plaintiff rescheduled the initial hearing to January 15, 2026, and filed a Notice of Rescheduled Initial Hearing on December 17, 2025. Please take note that in the Motion for Modification of Visitation and Child Support, the Plaintiff has asked for a modification of child support for the minor children and modification of visitation with the minor children. A hearing has been scheduled for a second time to September 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Augusta Richmond County Judicial Center, Courtroom 2C, 735 James Brown Blvd., Augusta, Georgia 30901 in front of Charles H.S. Lyons, III, with the Notice of Hearing filed on June 18, 2026. Lawrence Henry, II is required to file with the Clerk of Superior Court and serve upon the Plaintiff's attorney, Kurt T.
