INCORPORATION / TRADE NAME TRADE NAME REGISTRATION The undersigned is the Manager of Patron Hospitality Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company whose address 3638 Walton Way Ext., Suite 202, Augusta, Georgia 30909. Patron Properties Manager, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, was the previous owner of the trade name "Patron Properties" but conveyed it to Patron Hospitality Group, LLC on May 22, 2026, pursuant to that certain Asset Purchase and Contribution Agreement by and between Patron Properties Manager, LLC and Patron Hospitality Group, LLC. Patron Hospitality Group, LLC is now the owner of that certain business now being carried on at 3638 Walton Way Ext., Suite 202, Augusta, Georgia 30909 under the trade name "Patron Properties", and the nature of said business is short term home rental and related services.
