INTENT TO SUBMIT PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBMIT PERMIT CONSOLIDATION AND RENEWAL APPLICATION CLECO BRAME ENERGY CENTER - UNIT 1 METAL CLEANING WASTE POND, UNIT 2 METAL CLEANING WASTE POND, BOTTOM ASH POND, COAL SEDIMENTATION POND - RAPIDES PARISH LOUISIANA Notice is hereby given that Cleco Power, LLC Brame Energy Center intends to submit to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services, Waste Permits Division, a permit renewal application for the continued operation and consolidation of a Type I solid waste facility in Rapides Parish, Section 80, Township 5 North, Range 4 West, which is located at 275 Rodemacher Rd., Lena, Louisiana. Cleco proposes to consolidate the permits for the Unit 1 Metal Cleaning Waste Pond, the Unit 2 Metal Cleaning Waste Pond, the Bottom Ash Pond, and the Coal Sedimentation Pond.
