Proposals will be received by the Director of Purchasing for Raritan Valley Community College on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Purchasing and Contracts Office, Suite C-140, 118 Lamington Road, Branchburg Township, North Branch, New Jersey, at which time they will be opened and read for:

Please note that the last date for all questions to be submitted by bidders for this project is Friday, April 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
All questions must be directed in writing to Michael DePinto via email at Michael.DePinto@raritanval.edu.
Bidders are subject to the provisions of the County College Contracts Laws, N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5, governing bidding requirements.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination", N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, and P.L. 2022, c. 3.
Bidders are also required to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, "Statement of Ownership Disclosure", and the New Jersey Business Registration of Public Contractors provisions (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) and all amendments thereto.
The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities in the bidding in accordance with the law. The College further reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or in whole if deemed to be in the best interest of the College to do so. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the College.
