INVITAION TO BIDDERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CENTRAL MA COLLAOBORATIVE The Central Massachusetts Collaborative invites sealed Proposals for the lease of a minimum of 100,000 square feet for classroom/office space located in Worcester or a contiguous municipality. The term sought is for an initial term of ten (10) years, with five (5) additional one (1)-year options for renewal, each of which is subject to exercise at the sole discretion of the Collaborative. The Request for Proposals ("RFP") may be obtained from the administrative offices of the Collaborative at 14 New Bond Street, Worcester, MA 01606, between 9:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. local time, Monday through Friday, beginning on Monday, April 6, 2026. Sealed Proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time, Monday, May 18, 2026, at the administrative offices of the Collaborative at 14 New Bond Street, Worcester, MA 01606. No late, faxed, or conditional Proposals shall be accepted. If the administrative offices of the Collaborative are closed due to inclement weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of Proposals shall be extended until 10:00 A.M. local time on the next business day. All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the Collaborative. The Collaborative reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the Collaborative.
