INVITATION FOR BID Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware "BGCDE") is seeking competitive bids to procure and install HVAC equipment at the H. Fletcher Brown Club located at 1601 N. Spruce Street, Wilmington, DE 19802. I. PROJECT INFORMATION This project entails the removal of existing gymnasium air handler and installation of a new air handler and condensing unit according to owner specifications. Scope of work and standard specifications detailing the projects will be distributed at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. II. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at 1601 N. Spruce Street on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Scope of work hand out, specifications and further bid instructions will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting. III. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Bids must be delivered to John Wellons at 669 S. Union Street Wilmington, DE 19805 no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, April 10, 2026. Emailed bids will be accepted and will require the same documents as bids that are delivered. BGCDE is not responsible for bids delayed in the mail. IV.
