INVITATION FOR BID FREETOWN MULTI-PURPOSE SENIOR CENTER PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS TOWN OF FREETOWN, MASSACHUSETTS The Town of Freetown is hereby soliciting sealed bids for Parking Lot Improvements to the Freetown Multi-Purpose Senior Center at 227 Chace Road. The work consists of pavement upgrades to existing parking areas and access roads and the construction of additional parking on the site. Bids will be opened at the Office of the Board of Selectmen at the Freetown Town Hall on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Bids received after such time will not be accepted. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked in accordance with the Bidding Contract Requirements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
