INVITATION FOR BID IFB #27-97806-PROJ87-01 Merrill Burn Tower Concrete Repairs NTC Merrill Campus The Northcentral Technical College District is currently soliciting bids for Merrill Burn Tower Repairs located at 1603 Champagne Street, Merrill, WI 54452. Bidding documents for this project will be made available on DemandStar beginning Monday, July 13, 2026. A mandatory walk-thru will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at NTC's Public Safety Center of Excellence located at 1603 Champagne Street, Merrill, WI 54452. Meet at the main entrance. This IFB and all related documents, including bid response forms, addenda, the intent to award and official final award notice, will be officially published on DemandStar. This is an online IFB solicitation service that NTC utilizes. NTC does not guarantee direct notifications to individual plan holders. Bidders are responsible for monitoring DemandStar for any updates, addenda, or notifications related to this IFB. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder upon execution of the contract. If the awarded bidder fails to execute the contract within 15 days, the certified check or bid bond will be forfeited to NTC as liquidated damages. All bids submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. All bids must be submitted, on the forms provided, uploaded electronically to DemandStar. Bids by paper, phone, fax, or e-mail will not be accepted.
