Gordon Cooper Dr., Shawnee, OK 74801. The work includes site preparation, building structure, interior and exterior finishes, and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. SOLICITATION SCHEDULE: Issue Invitation for Bid: October 6th, 2025 Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: October 21st, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Sealed Bid Deadline: November 5th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Public Bid Opening: November 6th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Additional information and complete bidding documents, including the project manual, specifications, and drawings, may be obtained at www.astribe.com/procurement .
