INVITATION FOR BID PAVEMENT SERVICES COUNTY ROAD FIRE STATION TOWN OF FREETOWN, MASSACHUSETTS The Town of Freetown is hereby soliciting sealed bids for access and parking lot improvements to the Freetown Fire Department Station No. 2 located at 157 County Road. The work consists of removal of the existing pavement, fine grading of the subbase, and placement of hot mix asphalt pavement. Bids will be opened at the Freetown Town Hall on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Bids received after such time will not be accepted. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked in accordance with the Bidding Contract Requirements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
