INVITATION FOR BID Concrete Improvements – Coverall and Ag Utilities Buildings NTC Wausau Agriculture Center of Excellence The Northcentral Technical College District is currently soliciting bids for the Concrete Improvements – Coverall and Ag Utilities Buildings located at 6625 County Road K, Wausau, WI, 54401. Bidding documents for this project will be made available on DemandStar beginning Friday, February 27, 2026. A non-mandatory walk-thru will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at NTC's Agriculture Center of Excellence located at 6625 County Road K, Wausau, WI 54401. Meet inside the lobby of the Student Engagement Center building. This IFB and all related documents, including bid response forms, addenda, the intent to award and official final award notice, will be officially published on DemandStar. This is an online IFB solicitation service that NTC utilizes. NTC does not guarantee direct notifications to individual plan holders. Bidders are responsible for monitoring DemandStar for any updates, addenda, or notifications related to this IFB. If you are not a member, please register with DemandStar www.demandstar.com and check the website to ensure you have received all updates regarding this IFB. Registration instructions can be found at https://www.ntc.edu/quotes-bids-bids, under Notification of Bidding Opportunities. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, payable to Northcentral Technical College, as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder upon execution of the contract. If the awarded bidder fails to execute the contract within 15 days, the certified check or bid bond will be forfeited to NTC as liquidated damages. All bids submitted must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. All bids must be submitted, on the forms provided, uploaded electronically to DemandStar. Bids by paper, phone, fax, or e-mail will not be accepted. All bids are due to be uploaded to DemandStar no later than 2:00 p.m., CDT, on Monday, March 16, 2026. A public bid opening will take place shortly thereafter virtually, via Zoom.
