INVITATION FOR BIDS 2026 Heritage Preserve Pavement Rehabilitation Sealed bids will be received by the Richfield Joint Recreation District (RJRD), Summit County, Ohio, at the Richfield Heritage Preserve Office, 4374 Broadview Road, Richfield, Ohio 44286 until 10 A.M. local time, on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read for the 2026 Heritage Preserve Pavement Rehabilitation. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Richfield Joint Recreation District The RJRD reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid, in part or whole, which is deemed most favorable to the RJRD.
