INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR SLUDGE REMOVAL TRANSPORTATION & DISPOSAL SERVICES The Town of Somerset, Massachusetts invites Contractors to submit bids for the removal of Sludge generated in and by the Town of Somerset at the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) located at 116 Walker Street, Somerset, MA 02725. The Town requests Contractors to submit a bid cost for both Sludge cake disposal (primary disposal means) and liquid Sludge disposal (secondary disposal means). The Town desires to contract for the removal of Sludge generated by its WWTP for an initial (3) three-year period.
