INVITATION FOR BIDS The Rainsville Housing Authority will receive bids for sidewalk revision at Henagar Housing Authority at the main office of the Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority located at 293 Denson Avenue Boaz, AL 35957 until 2:00p.m., C.S.T. on January 29, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., C.S.T. at the main office of the Top of Alabama Regional Housing Authority. The purpose of the conference is to answer questions, should they arise, relating to the Contract Documents. It is not mandatory that bidders should attend but is STRONGLY advised. Copies of the documents may be obtained from the Architect by depositing $150.00 for each set of documents obtained, which includes a non-refundable handling fee of $50.00. Contract Documents are on file at the office of Patricia E. Sherman, Architect, 307 Wall Street, Gadsden, Alabama 35904.
