INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids for South Tower Façade Renovation for Housing Authority in Springfield, Missouri, Project No. CFP# MO016P05850125E, Katie Anderson, Executive Director, 421 W. Madison, Springfield, MO. 417-866-4329, shall be accepted until 2:00 PM CST Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at the Office of the Maintenance Superintendent of the Housing Authority of Springfield, 420 W. State, Springfield, MO. 65806. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. By submission of a bid, the bidder agrees, if its bid is accepted, to enter into a contract with the Housing Authority on the form included in the contract documents to complete all work as specified. Inquiries may be directed to Oke-Thomas + Associates, Inc., Architects-Planners, 1972 East Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO. 65802, 417-863-6262, FAX 417-863-9222 A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM CST on Thursday, March 19th, 2026, at the Maintenance Office, 420 W. State. All bidders are encouraged to attend. Otherwise, site visits may be arranged by contacting Mr. Chuck Hicks, Housing Authority of Springfield, MO. (417) 207-4888. Construction Documents may be obtained or emailed by contacting Oke-Thomas + Associates, Inc., 1972 East Chestnut Expressway, Springfield, MO. 65802, 417-863-6262. Hard-copied Construction Documents may be obtained by General Contractors upon receipt of a $150.00 refundable deposit; there will be no charge for emailed documents. Snail-mailed documents will require a $50.00 non-refundable handling fee. The Housing Authority of Springfield (HAS) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
