INVITATION FOR NOMINATION TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Board of Directors of the Tri-County Conservancy District hereby invites nominations to fill the vacancy on the Board of Directors created by the expiring term of Director Timmy J. Shrout, Director from Area 2. Area 2 is described as follows: Part of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 2 East, Morgan County described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 14 North, Range 2 East thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 51 seconds West along the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 28 a distance of 1342.07 feet to a Brass Disk in concrete at the Southwest corner of the East Half of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 10 minutes 23 seconds East along the West line of said East Half Quarter a distance of 2665.43 feet to a "Capped Rebar" at the Northwest corner of said East Half Quarter; thence South 88 degrees 52 minutes 31 seconds West along the South line of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 28 a distance of 668.67 feet to a "Capped Rebar" at the Southwest corner of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 19 minutes 27 seconds East along the West line of said East Half Quarter Quarter a distance of 1328.34 feet to a "Capped Rebar" at the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 39 seconds West along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28 a distance of 668.91 feet to a Railroad Spike at the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 00 degrees 18 minutes 58 seconds East along the West line of the said Northeast Quarter to the Harrison Monument at the Northwest corner of the said Northeast Quarter of Section 28; thence East along the North line of Section 28 to the Northeast corner of Section 28; thence South along the East line of Section 28 to the Southeast corner of said Section 28 to the place of beginning. A nominee for director to be qualified to fill this vacancy must be a freeholder in Area 2 or an officer or nominee of a corporate freeholder in Area 2 and must be qualified by knowledge and experience in matters pertaining to the development of the Tri-County Conservancy District. Nominations for director must be submitted to the District at 170 N. Perry Road, P.O.
