INVITATION TO BID: Putnam City Overholser Elementary Interior Renovation Project Lingo Construction (Construction Manager), located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103, 405-602-2100, will receive sealed bids for the Putnam City North Interior Remodel Project on Friday, February 6th at 2:00 PM, CST. The project involves a remodel of approximately 14,000 square feet at Putnam City Overholser Elementary. It includes new finishes in the corridors, media center, and selected offices. The project will begin on May 27th and must be finished by July 31st at the latest to facilitate move-in and preparation for the Fall 2026 semester. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following trades: selective demolition, HPL panels, acoustic grid ceilings, carpet, LVT, tile, tape, bed, paint, interior signage, fire sprinkler heads, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, scopes of work per the plans and specifications prepared by Troy D. Rhodes & Co., Inc. Please note the following: Bids are to be submitted by hard copy with supporting documentation to Lingo Construction's office, located at 1135 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 per the Instructions to Bidders and Title 61 requirements, no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, February 6th , and will be publicly opened.All bids must be submitted on Lingo Bid Form, to include all affidavits to be considered responsive. All bids totaling $50,000.00 or more must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of amount bid.Lingo Construction and Putnam City Schools reserve to right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all bid minor irregularities in accordance with Title 61 of Oklahoma Competitive Bidding ActBids and bid bonds will be good for 60 days from the bid due date.Bids submitted by email, online, or facsimile will not be accepted.
