Scope of Work Artis—Naples is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision and installation of 12 electromechanical retractable security bollards. The project includes: Supplying all labor, materials, and equipment Obtaining and paying for all required local, county, or state permits necessary to complete the work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Integrating the system with existing electrical and access control infrastructure Performing trenching, conduit installation, and restoration of affected areas Conducting operational testing and commissioning Providing on-site training for Artis—Naples staff Offering a one-year warranty on all parts and labor, effective from the date of commissioning The work must be completed during the off-season between May 1 and September 30, 2026. Bidders must provide a proposed schedule that satisfies this requirement. Bid Submission Requirements Proposals must include the following information and documentation: Proposal on company letterhead with bidder's name, address, contact information, and proposal number Signature and date by a representative authorized to commit the bidder's company Information regarding the bidder's experience with similar projects, including contact information for at least three comparable installations Confirmation that the company is not banned from receiving State or Federal funds Binding cost information with a detailed line-item price proposal A proposed work schedule consistent with the required project timeline A valid Certificate of Insurance listing Artis—Naples as Additional Insured, with general liability coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate Proof of current licensing and authority to perform construction work in Florida A completed Debarment Certification Form or proof of active SAM.gov registration Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract value Questions and Addenda All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Safety and Security Director, Christopher McDaniel, at cmcdaniel@artisnaples.org Questions must be received by March 6, 2026.
