INVITATION TO BID PROJECT: JERUSALEM PARK BATHROOM The Town of Funkstown is requesting sealed bids from qualified responsible contractors for construction of a 375 square foot one story building on a concrete slab to be used as a men and women's restroom, equipped with a and mechanical storage room, fence at doors for screening, and CMU walls. Plumbing is to be part of the bid, but electrical is not part of the bid. The bathroom will be constructed at Jerusalem Park, 20 West Poplar Street, Funkstown, MD 21734. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Town of Funkstown, 30 East Baltimore Street, Funkstown, MD 21734.
