INVITATION TO BID Legal notice is hereby given that Gerrits Construction, Inc. (Construction Managers) for Florida Atlantic University is seeking qualified bidders for the Library Restroom Renovation for FAU. The project is located at 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431. This project consists of the renovation of the existing men's and women's restrooms. The work includes selective removal of existing plumbing fixtures, accessories, and finishes, along with limited demolition to support new construction. The scope involves new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, as well as new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, and restroom accessories. The scope includes demolition, misc. metals, fiberglass reinforced paneling, doors and frames, drywall, poured flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical. The Construction Manager requests all sealed bids be hand-delivered to our offices located at 8177 Glades Road, Suite 206, Boca Raton, FL 33434 by Wednesday, December 17th 2025 between the hours of 09:00AM - 3:00PM. The bid opening will be on December 18th 2025 @ 1:00PM @ FAU /Boca Campus/ Design & Construction Services Office. Construction plans and bidding documents must be obtained by emailing ronald@gciconstructs.com. When emailing Gerrits Construction, please use the following on the subject line "ITB for Library Restroom Renovation for FAU". Owner and/or Construction Manager reserve the right to reject or accept any qualifications.
