INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids will be received, at Great Falls Public Schools, Luke Diekhans, Director of Business Operations, 1100 4th Street South, Great Falls, Montana 59405 by Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, Local Time. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after specified closing time for:
Lewis and Clark Elementary School 2026 Roof Replacement Project: Great Falls, Montana
Bids will be received for a single Contract.
Bids shall be submitted on the form provided with the Project Manual. The Project Manual and Contract Drawings may be secured online from local Montana plans exchanges. Project Manual and Contract Drawings will be available starting Monday, January 19, 2026.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project site, Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 at 11:00 am, meeting at the main office of the building then moving to a conference room. It is strongly suggested that Contractors attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates.
No Bidder may withdraw their Bid until sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids.
