INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID ONE DAY CAME, INC., as Construction Manager for the project known as FAMU Vehicular/Bus Parking Facility located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors for the following bid packages: BP 2-A Sitework, BP 2-D Landscaping and Irrigation, BP 03 Concrete, and BP 26 Concrete. PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid conference will be held on-site at 2300 Althea Gibson Way on March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. ONE DAY CAME, INC. will receive sealed proposals for these bid packages as prepared by ONE DAY CAME, INC. based on construction documents by Spectra Engineering & Research, Inc. (Tallahassee, FL).
