CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Contract documents will be available on April 3, 2026 at the Childers Construction Company FTP site at www.childers-construction.com under the Subcontractor Tab on the Childers Home Page, with the following information: Account: EXTERIOR (case sensitive) Password: signage (case sensitive) It is the responsibility of the bidders and vendors to inquire concerning additional Supplements and Addendums that are normally issued during the bid process. All revisions will be posted on Childers FTP site. PRE-BID RFIs: due to Childers Construction by end of day on Tuesday April 7th, 2026. GENERAL PREQUALIFICATION: Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager to bid the project. All bidders must prequalify for the current 2026 year and must submit the form in this bid package. Confirm your status with Mindee Hurst. Prequalifications must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to bid. BID SECURITY: There is 5% security required to bid this project for EVERY Bid Package. BONDING: All bids exceeding $100,000 shall provide Performance & Payment Bonds. SEALED BIDS: will be received by the Construction Manager until 2:00 PM Thursday April 30th, 2026. Bidders are advised to hand deliver bids or send by US mail, FEDEX or UPS to 108 E Jefferson Street, Suite E, Tallahassee FL, 32301 and must be confirmed by the bidder by calling our office 850-491-1385.
