INVITATION TO BID
Sealed proposals are being requested by Windsor Borough for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the West Main Street Curb & Sidewalk Improvement project in Windsor Borough, York County. All sealed proposals must be delivered to the receptionist's desk at the York County Planning Commission, 28 East Market Street, 3rd floor York, PA 17401 by 10:00 am, on June 1, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 10:05 A.M. on June 1, 2026 and reviewed for acceptance and award by the Windsor Borough Council at their regular monthly meeting at 6:30 pm on June 1, 2026, 2 East Main Street, P.O. Box 190 Windsor, PA 17366; Items of Construction to Include:
Bid: Remove and replace existing concrete curb and sidewalk, remove tree, pavement restoration, House Sidewalk Tie-ins, Mailbox relocation/temp MB, and Restoration – Topsoil, seed & Mulch.
All proposals should be sealed and marked "Bid for Windsor Borough – West Main Street, Curb and Sidewalk Improvements. Copies of the specifications are open to public inspection and may be procured during business hours at the office of Gordon L. Brown & Associate, Inc., 2238 South Queen Street, York PA 17402, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 for each set, payable to York Co. CDBG Program.
