INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that the Construction manager at Risk (CMaR), Greg Crawford Construction Co., will receive sealed bids from qualified sub-contractors at the office of the Architect, Ball Architects, PC, 650 N Boonville Ave. Suite 200, Springfield, MO 65806 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, for the: LR April 2026 – Phase UE1 Renovations to Upper Elementary Logan-Rogersville R-VIII School District Greene County, Rogersville, Missouri Project No. 1577-26 UE1 Bids will be read aloud at the time of opening. These unified bids shall include the scope of work as described in the drawings and specifications and identified on the bid-form coversheet. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and Instructions to Bidders are on file and available for a free digital file, or a deposit for hard copies from the office of the Architect – contact Joey Crum at jcrum@jbapc.com or 417-866-1904; and also available at CMD Group and Builders Association. Hourly wages, as set forth by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and the prevailing wage law, will be complied with on this project.
