INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids for the construction of: Countryside Estates – Expansion Phase III will be received by UMH Properties, Inc., at their Morgantown, WV office, 150 Clay Street, Suite 410, Morgantown, WV 26501, until 5:00 P.M., Friday, June 26, 2026. The project will consist of a 40 lot expansion to the existing community which includes clearing, grading, erosion controls, utilities, paving, and restoration. Countryside Estates is located at 4412 S Clubhouse Road, Muncie, IN 47302, approximately one quarter mile from the intersection of E Fuson Road and South IN 3. Plans and specifications may be obtained from UMH Properties, Inc. For contract documents or questions about the work, call (304) 291-3380. Bids must be accompanied by a statement of qualifications. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. A performance and materials bond must be provided before starting the work.
