INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals are being requested by Winterstown Borough for furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in connection with the improvements of Sycamore Lane in Winterstown Borough, York County. All sealed bids must be received by the office of Gordon L. Brown & Associates, Inc., 2238 South Queen Street, York, PA 17402, by 10:00 A.M. on July 14, 2026. Proposals will be opened and read aloud at 10:05 A.M. on July 14, 2026, at Gordon L. Brown & Associates, 2238 South Queen Street, York, PA 17402, and reviewed for acceptance and award by the Winterstown Borough Council at their regular monthly meeting on July 14, 2026, at 7:15 P.M. A Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting to be held on Tuesday June 23rd at 9:00 AM. Items of Construction include, but are not limited to, the following: - Base Bid: Furnish all Labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a cul-de-sac at the end of Sycamore Lane including Erosion Controls, Storm Sewer, Inlets, Endwall, 660 SY of stone base and paving, Driveway Tie-Ins, Tree Removal, Mailbox Cluster Relocation, Solar Light Installation, General Restoration. All proposals should be sealed and marked "Bid for Winterstown Borough Sycamore Lane". Copies of the specifications are open to public inspection and may be procured during business hours at the office of Gordon L.
