INVITATION TO BID Wright Construction Group, Inc., Construction Manager, 1821 Victoria Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33901, will receive Subcontractor Bids for the Cape Coral Yacht Club Site Development on 08/20/2026 at 4:00 pm at the above address, or they can be emailed to Dalia Naranjo at dalia.naranjo@wcgfl.com Cape Coral Yacht Club Site Development project consists of, but is not limited to, layout, testing, erosion control, earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, storm and sanitary sewers, pavement markings & signage, landscape & irrigation, seeding & sodding, petroleum fueling system, lighting, and electrical. Wright Construction Group encourages all interested DBE companies to provide a bid. All subcontractors should contact WCG at least 5 days prior to the bid due date to obtain bid documents. The project is located at 5819 Driftwood Parkway, Cape Coral, FL 33904 All questions must be received by 3:00 pm on 08/11/2026.
