INVITATION TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education, Taylorville CUSD #3, Taylorville, Illinois (herein referred to as the "Owner") at the Administration Education Center, 1100 Sportsman Drive, Taylorville, Illinois 62568 until 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, January 29th, 2026 (Bid Date) to the attention of Mrs. Brandi Bruley, Superintendent, for the North Elementary Wrestling Room Renovation as shown on the drawings and as detailed in the pre-bid meeting. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time and place. Bids received later than such hour will be returned unopened. The work on this Project shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the Architect, Graham & Hyde Architects, 1010 Clocktower Drive, Springfield, Illinois 62704. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, January 16th, 2026, at 9:00am at North Elementary School, 805 N Cherokee St., Taylorville, IL 62568. Parking will be located at Taylorville Jr. High School, 120 E Bidwell St., Taylorville, IL 62568.
