IU Health BR#4 Eco-Park and South Parking Lot Public Notice Indiana University Health (1633 N. Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the IU Health BR#4 Eco-Park and South Parking Lot project located at 1515 Senate Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46202. Run-off from the project site will discharge to the White River via City of Indianapolis storm sewers.
