Dear Mom,
This is a heartbreaking anniversary of your passing because it is now an unimaginable decade since you left this world. A picture of you and Dad felt peaceful, knowing you are not alone in heaven. I believe when a bright star dies, the light continues to shine across the universe for eternity. And that means that the lives you touched will forever be brightened by your light. Your radiant eyes are fixed upon our tearful eyes and though invisible to us, you are never absent. I always knew that as long as you were near me, someone loved and supported me and I miss that so much. Now I have to adjust to feeling your presence, spiritually. The day you died, I was alone. Grief is permanent. Hoping you and Dad are happily together.
Love, Linda
