ANN MARIE SALAMIDA June 8, 1940 - October 4, 2015 Auntie Ann, you were quiet in life and left us quietly in your sleep 10 years ago. You were a faithful servant of God and lived simply for your family. How you so loved your sisters Rose & Gloria, your 5 nephews as your own and then welcomed into our family each new great niece and nephew, as well as our significant others, up to your last day here on Earth, with love, respect, and joy. We remember your laughter, how you lovingly cared for Nini at home until she passed at 98, and we truly appreciated all the Italian dishes you made for our weekly Sunday dinners. You attended school performances, helped financially with things we needed, supported our causes, and worked the ticket table to make Joey's annual memorial benefit a success each April. Your carrot cake is still THE BEST and a favorite choice for our birthdays. You remain in our lives, enter our conversations and we will always share your story with those around us; thereby keeping you close at heart. Your presence is still felt.
