In the Matter of THE SURVIVOR'S TRUST CREATED UNDER THE LOWELL AND JANICE HUNT FAMILY TRUST NOTICE TO CREDITORS (Publication) Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the Survivor's Trust Created Under The Lowell And Janice Hunt Family Trust, dated September 26, 1996, as amended. The Survivor's Trust is also known as The Lowell And Janice Hunt Family Trust ("Trust"). One of the trustors/settlors/grantors, JANICE HUNT died on September 2, 2017. LOWELL HUNT, the surviving trustor/settlor/grantor of that Trust died on August 31, 2025. A creditor having a claim against JANICE HUNT and/or LOWELL HUNT ("Trustors") or against the Trust must file said claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice. A creditor having a claim against any Trustor and against the Trust must file said claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice. All claims must be filed by sending such claim(s) to the undersigned Trustee at the address given below within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice. All claims must contain on the first page of the claim a title stating it is a "Claim Pursuant to NRS 164.025" in a minimum 12-point bold type.
