Do not harass, follow, monitor, keep under physical or electronic surveillance, cyber harass (as defined in RCW 9A.90.XXX), or use phone, video, audio or other electronic means to record, photograph, or track locations or communication, including digital, wire, or electronic communication, of the protected person.
