Indian Community School Bylaws and Policies 2260 - NONDISCRIMINATION AS TO STUDENTS OF INDIAN COMMUNITY SCHOOL Children of American Indian descent are eligible for enrollment at the school. American Indian descent shall be determined by birth records or tribal documentation. The school provides Indian students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin, in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.
