There will be no charge for the first set of Plans and Bid Documents; additional sets may be obtained for the cost of printing and shipping. All bids shall be on Form No. 96 as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, must be accompanied by a Financial Statement within 72 hrs upon request, must be properly and completely executed and shall be accompanied by a properly completed non-collusion affidavit. After opening bids, no bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days without written consent of the Owner. All bids are to be inclusive of Davis-Bacon requirements.
