public advisory meeting.
Zia is required by law to develop an integrated
Resource Plan. This involves public comment on Zia's existing
gas supply planning and its future supply demands
in each of Zia's operating districts. With the
objective of obtaining a cost-effective energy
portfolio that meets the needs of its customers and
provides for methods of promoting the efficient use
of energy. The Dona Ana IRP meeting is
scheduled during the Dona Ana County
Commission meeting, November 25th, 2025, at the
Commission Chambers (Ground Floor)
