Invitation For Bids TrueNorth Wellness Services Chambersburg Facility Improvements 270 South Main Street, Chambersburg, PA TrueNorth Wellness Services requests sealed bids for facility improvements at 270 South Main Street, Chambersburg, PA. Submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid to Steve Ragula, Facility Manager, TrueNorth Wellness Services, 625 West Elm Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331, no later than 2:00 PM on July 2, 2026, in a sealed envelope marked "TrueNorth Chambersburg Facility Improvements – IFB." Faxed, emailed, and late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 PM on July 2, 2026, at TrueNorth Wellness Services, 625 West Elm Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by July 22, 2026. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond payable to TrueNorth Wellness Services in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bid documents will be available beginning June 1, 2026, from TrueNorth Wellness Services, 625 West Elm Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331, or by email from Steve Ragula at sragula@truenorthwellness.org. Prospective bidders must schedule a site visit with Steve Ragula, Facility Manager, before submitting a bid. This project is funded in part with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and is subject to 2 CFR Part 200. Davis-Bacon wage rates and all applicable federal labor standards and nondiscrimination requirements apply. Efforts must be made, to the greatest extent feasible, to contract with minority- and women-owned business enterprises (MBE/WBE).
