Invitation JE Dunn Construction Company + Henry Carlson Construction, a Joint Venture, is soliciting proposals for Earthwork/Structural Excavation and Site Utility Scopes of Work for the Men's Level V Correctional Facility/State of South Dakota - Department of Corrections, at Sioux Falls, South Dakota OSE#C1224--01X. Earthwork/Structural Excavation and Site Utility Trade Partners will submit bids via the Office of the State Engineer's Electronic Bidding Software. Individual Links and specific bid times can be can be found in section 00 11 16 – Invitation to Bid of the Front-End Documents. Electronic Bid Proposals are due on March 3rd at 1:30 pm CST. An optional pre-bid proposal conference will be held on February 18th 9:00am CST. The pre-bid proposal conference will be held virtually and in-person at the Henry Carlson Construction Offices.
