Invitation for Bid - Indianapolis Airport Authority Notice is hereby given that the Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) will receive sealed bids via PlanetBids, IAA's online bid portal, to furnish, install, test, and certify CCTV surveillance systems and Converged Networks, Hosted Voice, and Digital Signage Systems associated with the Westin Indianapolis International Airport Hotel Project. Responses for each bid must be submitted electronically via PlanetBids on or before April 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET (noon). Response openings will take place virtually at that time, where bids will be opened and read aloud in the presence of witnesses. Bid documents, specifications, and submission requirements are available through the PlanetBids portal (https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/85519/portal-home). All bidder questions must be submitted through the portal or in writing to Marlon Webb at marlon.webb@ksmcpa.com.
