Invitation for Bids

Invitation for Bids Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Seven Springs will receive sealed bids for Winter Road Maintenance of roads maintained by the Borough. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the Borough Office located at 777 Waterwheel Drive, Champion, PA 15622 at which time received bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Seven Springs Borough Council will meet on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. to consider the award of the bid for Winter Road Maintenance for Seven Springs Borough. The work will consist of wintertime maintenance of approximately 8 miles of local roads. Maintenance will include snow removal and application of anti-skid and other materials. The period of performance will be the 2025-2026 winter season and will commence on or about November 21, 2025 and continue through on or about April 15, 2026.
