Invitation for Bids R&R JV LLC is accepting bids for Site Development for the two (2) following project(s): 1. Project Name: Highpointe Mass Grading Sequences 1 and 2 Etna Township, Licking County, OH 2. Project Name: Highpointe Sanitary Sewer Etna Township, Licking County, OH Copies of the contract documents including drawings, technical specifications, bid forms, and scope sheets may be obtained in electronic format through R&R JV, LLC via the link : https://tinyurl.com/bdcu72mv . Bids can be submitted to R&R JV , LLC via mail to 3895 Stoneridge Lane Dublin OH 43017 or emailed to rjsabatino@trprop.com. Bid opening will follow at 4:10pm EST April 20th 2026. The projects start date is May 2026. Attention is called to the fact that both Projects: 1. Are required to pay State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates in accordance with ORC Sections 4115.03 - 4115.16 and include prevailing wage schedules, and 2. That the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability, and 3. Are required to provide Security for Performance in accordance with ORC Sections 153.54- 153.571 in the form of a bid guarantee and/or surety bond. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. R&R JV, LLC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
