Invitation to Bid For Construction Services Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA is soliciting bids for the Construction of new Pickleball Courts at Township Park. The following Project Description is based on information currently available. Each Bidder should evaluate the work involved, prior to submission of a proposal. The project briefly described is: Construction of new Pickleball Courts at the Lackawaxen Township Park Lackawaxen Township, Pike County, PA. Bid packages including specifications, scope of services and bid documents may be obtained at Kiley Associates, LLC, 240 Main Ave, Lower Level, Hawley PA 18428; 570-226-5810, during normal business hours, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM weekdays. Proposals will be received by Lackawaxen Township at the Township Municipal Building, 169 Urban Road, Hawley, PA 18428, until 3:00 PM on Monday, January 19, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at the regularly scheduled Township Supervisor's meeting, 169 Urban Road, Hawley, PA, at 7:00 PM on Monday, January 19, 2026. Bids may be held by Lackawaxen Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Lackawaxen Township will award each bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award. Any Request for Information (RFT) must include specific identification of the Project by name. All inquiries must be made in writing; email inquiries are acceptable. No inquiries will be accepted after Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM.
